What unites Paramount Fort Lauderdale and MV Group USA is the intention in the making - how every architectural detail, interior space, and amenity has been carefully considered to create a truly uncompromising expression of modern luxury.
Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach stands out for its simple elegance. Working with the developer for about three years on the project, MV Group built over 30 residences each spanning more than 2,000 or 3,000 square feet, along with several penthouses, for which we came up with and implemented 20 design builds of our own. We also built 10 interior design units, allowing us to work hand-in-hand with the designers to help in the implementation and overall construction of clients’ visions.
During the various stages of design and construction, we held meetings with buyers and hosted events for the building association members and unit owners, which allowed us to present our initial concepts and receive their feedback. Getting to work closely with the developers, designers, and unit owners on a project of this scope for many years resulted in long-lasting friendships, most of which remain with us to this day.
