A project in which we were able to build out over 20 units, totaling over 40000 sf, along with several model units that sold for over 50% higher than the rest, Kravitz designed all the common areas and he was truly an honor and pleasure to work with. As a long-standing 10 year history with the same Paramount Miami team, we hold this partnership close to us as working with the Paramount team has been a delight.
