Standing at approximately 500 ft and 46 floors, containing 370 units, having Brickell House as a Design center we work incredibly close with the building, residents and developer. In collaboration with Urban Root Architecture during their switching over design centers, we renovated several model residences and built over 50 units. Getting to gut and rebuild 6,000 sf bay-front Penthouses in the Brickell area of Downtown Miami with one of the most prominent developers in South Florida was an extraordinary experience.
